so.... lately I've been thinking about summer and how I can't wait to take the twins to the beach for the first time. I'm thinking we'll need some sort of tent to shade them while they play/nap. Many I have looked at online seem small. Do any of you have a beach tent that is easy to setup/travel with and roomy enough to fit both babies (and maybe an adult to poke their head in)? I'm not really a fan of the traditional beach umbrellas because they always seem to fly away on me!
Re: beach tents
We have 2 of the KidCo pea pod tents. When they were teenie they both fit in one. But that didn't last long. They are so easy to set up (they pop up instantly when you take the elastic wrap off) and twist/fold up nice and small.

We have this: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Coleman-Geosport-Shelter/8187704
It isn't necessarily "easy" to set up at first, but once you do it a few times, it isn't so bad. We have been very pleased with our purchase. There is enough space underneath for several people...we've gotten so much use out of it.
This one is on sale today and has great reviews!

sorry can't make it clicky
This product was recalled actually. It's apparently hazardous for younger babies due to an entrapment issue where they can roll off the mattress portion and get trapped. A 5 month old suffocated from this tent. However it seems safe if your babies are older but it has been take off amazon.
