Video monitors, etc

Which video monitor do you have?  I was looking at the Summer Infant Privacy Plus Series Touch Plus Digital Color Video Monitor which looks like it's step up from the one on Lucie's list.  Does anyone have this?  Are you happy with it?  Is the 600ft range long enough?  Any complaints?

Also, if I'm going to do a motion sensor as well, is the Angelcare Movement Monitor AC300 a good one? 

And one more... does the Pack n play cuddle cove play yard come with a mattress?  If not, do I need to get a separate one or is it not needed? Someone mentioned that I needed a waterproof cover and sheets for the pack n play.  Is that just for the changing pad or do I need to get a mattress too?  Thanks!

I don't have experience yet, but I have seen nothing but bad reviews about the Summer video moniter. I am not sure which model, but I have yet to see someone say something positive about this brand for monitors.

 

I know Angel Care has  motion/video monitor.   I am thinking about getting this one.

 

As far as the PNP goes. Mattresses are usually provided, but not sheets, so get yourself at least one

If you're planning on getting a movement monitor, I highly recommend getting the Angelcare Deluxe Plus with the two sensor pads.  That's what we have, and we have never once had a false alarm with it - I think the extra area that's covered by the double sensors makes a huge difference.

We've already had issues with the summer brand, as did my friend,  I plan to get a Motorola for baby #2.  I personally would skip the angel monitor.

I'm interested to see the replies on the video monitor also.nbsp; I registered for the Motorola MBP41 because it has a ton of good reviews online and is within my budget although at the top.

We have this one and really like it. I would go with Motorola if you can.
