Have you heard of it? Have you used one? Maybe you are currently using one?
We have an Angel Monitor - and it was a God sent because it really gives you a peace of mind but our son is almost 8 months now and he rolls all around the crib and some nights he gets in the corners of his crib and if he sleeps really soundly - the dang thing goes off - wakes us up and then we have trouble getting back to sleep and everything has always been fine.
If you had an Angel Monitor - when did you stop using it?
When does SIDS become less of a fear?
Re: Angel Monitor
Same here, but my LO is 7 months old. Stopped a few weeks ago. She loves cuddling in the top left corner!
We actually bought two of them but returned them without ever using them for those reasons, wiggling into the corners and rolling all around. I guess it's a bit different, since I had premature twins who didn't sleep in their cribs int heir room until about 4 months old. By then, they were already trying to go everywhere but the middle of the crib.
If they can roll over, the risk of SIDS is dramatically reduced. I think the danger is if a baby gets onto his tummy and can't lift his head or roll over to get air.
