Restless sleeper

My LO was born4 weeks early. I have slept. With him in my arms....no blankets or pillows for the past 15 weeks. He will be 15. Weeks old tomorrow. I EBF. He seems to sleep fine from 8-12 then 12-2or3 and then be up nursing frequently until 7 am. From 3 am on, lately his arms and legs are flailing about so much tt I cannot sleep. He also nurses constantly during this time. If I position him safely on his back in the bed, he wakes up. Is this a phase? I tried swaddling last night but he rolls over during the day and I was uneasy. Thoughts?
