Overheated

So, I live in a 3 story townhome, and the 3rd floor is always a lot warmer than the other 2 floors throughout the year. This morning I was getting ready for work and I suddenly felt like I was going to pass out from feeling too warm. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I've also been having mild night sweats lately and am wondering if my body temperature is way up? My H had already left for work and I was freaking out a bit!

Only when I workout. I notice I get hot more easily when I exercise. Do you have a fan in the room?

I've had night sweats consistently for a couple weeks. Heat hasn't bothered me yet, but I do have a dizzy feeling most of the day.

Yes that would do it. You might want to turn on the AC early because is not good for your body to overheat.

No, but we will be getting one now!

This was me with my first and so far it is turning out to be the same with this one. I have no idea how I'm going to make it through this summer.

A cold rag usually helped. And really cold drinks. But yeah the night was the worst. Try a cool wash cloth over your chest while you relax in bed or sleep if they start up.

That's the best advice I can offer. I'm hot all the time; so I feel your pain.

Me too. I'm ready to die after a mile lately. So I just walk a little until I think I can start back up.

I just read that overheating can cause miscarriage and birth defects, esp. in the early stages. It didn't say how much overheating, however. Trying not to be paranoid now!
