I know they are not supposed to have honey until at least age 1, but are honey nut cheerios alright, or only the plain cheerios?  TIA!!!

I would stick to regular Cheerios just to avoid the extra sugar in the honey nut ones.

I agree. Honey Nut Cheerios are coated in sugar. If actual "honey" is listed as an ingredient, than it would be a definite no. But even if it's not, it's not the best idea.

I might be more worried about the nut part of it... Of course, these days, they say eating nuts earlier is okay.
