Mini pill and pregnancy

So I just started the mini pill and I'm kind of freaking out.  After reading up on it seems that its not as effective as the regular pill.  1 in 20 women get pregnant if they occasionally forget a pill and 1 in 200 get pregnant even if taking it religiously, and I am sooo not ready to get pregnant again! haha. I'm thinking of totally holding off on sex during when I would be ovulating. Do you think I'm just being paranoid?!

Not paranoid at all. Its why I went with Mirena instead. Because while I really didn't want an implant, I wanted to be pregnant again even less. I would definitely use a backup form of birth control like condoms while on minipill.

Not paranoid! We decided that if I went on the mini pill we would still use back up (condoms), so then we decided that I would just skip the mini pill and give my body a hormone break and only use condoms, they are more effective and I don't have to remember to take a pill every day! GL

Your not being paranoid. I got pregnant on the mini pill.
