Hi,

 I'm Italian and my husband is Cuban and our daughter's name is Alessandra.  Can you tell me your favorite three of the following names for Baby #2?  Thanks so much.  Picking a name is very difficult.

My favorite name on your list is Serena, that is what I am naming my daughter! After Serena, I would pick Fiona or Nadia.

Fiona is #1 since that's what our "girl name" was.

#2 is Serena

#3 is Lucia.

I don't care for Nadia and Milena confuses me, as I'm not sure how to pronounce it.

I am a nurse and whenever I see the name milena or Milana I automatically think of the word "melena" which in medicine is the word for black tarry feces. Love the other names though!
