Teacher appreciation

Sorry if this has been covered already but it's teacher appreciation week next week and I don't know what to do for them. Our school will do it on Monday only, not the entire week. I'd like to do something for their immediate teachers at least, so I would need 5 things.

I thought of a bright bouquet for the room or do one for each teacher but that is a pita if they aren't fond of flowers - or get several (like from other parents). I don't want to get them something teacher related really and there isn't a close Starbucks or anything.

There is a local boutique that sells everything from gourmet candies and chocolates to homemade ice cream and cute little jewelry, etc. so it is a place everyone can find something. I thought of doing a 10 gift card for each of them to that boutique with a note about making their learning journey just a bit sweeter and have it be for icecream? Is that corny? Any suggestions or what are you doing or what would you do?
