Biopsy done...clomid next

Hello ladies.  The biopsy is done.  Not gonna lie -- it hurt.  Thanks so much for all your encouraging words!  Should have results on Monday.  

RE said that from what he observed during the procedure it would surprise him if i am ovulating on my own.  Assuming results of the biopsy confirm that, we will be upping my Metformin dosage and adding Clomid this cycle.  

On to the next step, I guess.

Sorry it was painful, but glad it's over for you. I know it's hard to move on to the next step, but sounds like your RE has a solid plan for you.

Congrats and good luck with the next step!  I do kind of side eye your doc for saying anything about ovulating on your own after all the hormonal meds you've been on over the last year. It can take a year to regulate after coming off birth control - and who knows how long after everything you've been on!

Hopefully you'll respond well to the Clomid (hey, it could even kick start ovulation on your own). 

I definitely understand what you are saying and appreciate your feedback. They are starting me on a very low dose of clomid along with the increased metformin to hopefully kick start me ovulating on my own. Part of my problem is that the longer we wait the more likely it is that the endo will start to come back.  What a frustrating process. 

P.S. I like your dream vacation photo. I almost chose that location myself. I have always thought Russia would be such a awesome trip....so much history.
