2u2 for the second time... Help?

My oldest will be 3 1/2 when 3 arrives, so not 3u3...
Any tips or advice?
Where should everyone sit in the minivan?
How do I accomplish errands, groceries, activities, etc especially in winter?

    Advice: None, just a congratulations.

    Minivan seating: the 2 oldest in the back if possible and the NB in the middle row (doesn't matter if it's a bench seat or separate seats). The reasoning is so you can load all the kids thru one side of the van without having to crawl over too many car/booster seats.

    Accomplishing errands: The same as you did with 2u2... plus one more child.

    "What are you having?" "Well the radiologist says its a healthy little human baby. I'm a little disappointed, because I really wanted a puppy." LOL

    Hey!

    My oldest DD is 3.5. DD2 is 21 months old. Baby Boy is one week old.

    We have all 3 car seats in the same row (Hyundai Elantra) because I feel DD1 just isn't ready to sit on her own all the way back in a 3-row car.

    We haven't accomplished any errands yet, but I plan on holding the car seat in one hand, then with my other hand hold DD2's hand and have DD1 hold her other hand until we get to a cart. The car seat will go in the cart, and then I will deal with the girls the same as I always do (which means either have DD2 sit in the cart or walk) and hope for the best.

    My oldest will be 3 and a month when DS arrives.  She will be sitting in the 3rd row of our minivan.  Our middle row has bucket seats and one of the bucket seats is pushed to the middle so we can reach to the 3rd row without hoping over a seat.  DD2 will be rear facing in the middle of the middle row and DS will be rear facing behind the driver.

    I have 3 plans for grocery shopping: 1) go on Sunday when DH is home to help. Or 2) go when DD1 is  in preschool. Or 3) have DD1 walk with me and help me shop (she has been doing this with me for the last month), DD2 will be in the cart, and I'll wear DS in the moby or ergo.  (Ill be wearing DS in the moby or ergo to shop if I have only one kid or all three)

    Do you mind if I ask what minivan you have? We've been trying to decide on a new car this setup sounds great!
