Community Badges?

Anyone know if the page was moved to another link or when it'll be back up? It says page not found or has been moved when I clicked on the community badges link on the left on the main page. I tried adding badges a few days ago when the page was still showing up and was having problems with it then. Strange! I'm assuming the bump gods must be fixing it, or either my computer is just weird.
