Sunscreen

Daycare is wanting me to send some sunscreen with DS, I was wondering if I need to watch for anything when buying it?  I was going to ask pedi at his 18 month appointment, but that's still a month away and daycare wants some soon.  I actually picked up some copertone kids spf 50 waterproof stuff today, but wanted to double check with you ladies if you get anything specific?  Pretty sure I've heard anything over 50spf is all the same?

My dermatologist recommends nothing but Neutrogena. If you do get that, don't get the spray on. The 75+ SPFs are not anymore effective than the 45-55 SPFs.

I use Coppertone Kids Pure Simple Sunscreen, SPF 50. It is inexpensive and its rated pretty well on EWG Skin Deep.

I use Alba Botanica kids sunscreen. It is the safest one I could find and adhered to the new FDA standards well before any of the big companies did. And it smells great.

I use this guide every year.  This year we're trying Alba Botanica.  We've liked Blue Lizard and Badger in the past too.
