Update: We have a sac!

I posted last week about going in for my first ultrasound and there being nothing there.
We went in today for another u/s and low and behold we saw a gestational sac!
It's only measuring at 5 and a half weeks so we couldn't see much else yet. We are definitely earlier than we thought. Excited to see more development when we go back in a week to check the progress.

Baby N conceived after 1 miscarriage and more than 2 years of TTC. Diagnosis was low sperm count. We found success after 3 months of anastrozole to increase DH's testosterone and one IUI.
