Thick, dark, curly hair, darker or olive skin, green or hazel eyes, slim figure and in her 20's.

So far I thought Carly, Mila or Nicole.

In her 20s as in born in the late 80s or early 90s? I think Carly or Nicole could work, though I somehow think of Carly as a "blonde" name. I think Mila on a person of that age would imply an Eastern European ethnicity, since it was a fairly rare name in the US until recently.
