Limbo

in 1st Trimester
So I had to go to the ER this morning cause I had some cramping and pink spotting, we wanted to make sure it was not etopic. According to my last menstrual cycle I should be like 5 weeks 2 days. Well my HCG lever was 15,800 and the us tech saw a sac but nothing else. So the word blighten ovum is being kicked around and now my husband and I have to wait to see what the outcome is....

    The wonderful joys of limbo. not knowing if everything is going to work out or if you are going to fall flat on your butt in a horribly painful heart breaking way. I have been there and I wouldn't wish that feeling on my worst enemy. I hope and pray everything works out!

    5 weeks is really early to do an ultrasound. I wouldnt put any stock in it until you habe a follow up ultrasound.
