Flip travel pack

So, I am seriously thinking about cd'ing and I was looking at babies r us and cotton babies... Found some called Flip Travel Pack, they come with two diapers and 18 disposable inserts, by disposable, do they mean throw away? Because it says in the description to toss in the hamper and use a new insert. I am just wanting to start out with a couple to see if it is something I'll like.

Those specific inserts are disposable, you throw them away, you don't wash or reuse. There are flip daypacks that come with reusable inserts though.

I use Flip covers with a few different types of prefolds. I love the disposable inserts for travel.
