I have been on a good diet/exercise routine since the beginning of the year. I've lost 31 pounds and am thrilled. I'm finding it hard to switch gears though from weight loss. How are you transitioning? I don't want to go crazy and eat everything in sight. I'd like to gain a moderate amount of weight so I don't have to work as hard after this baby as I did after my first. So how have you altered your diet since you found out you were pregnant?
