Adult Cardiologist Recommendation Needed

I was wondering if anyone could give a good recommendation for an adult cardiologist in the Austin area? I have an arrhythmia and have been working since the birth of my first child two years ago to get it under control with the help of a cardiologist that I at first didn't click with and who now just downright annoys the heck out of me for various reasons. I just found out recently that I'm pregnant with our second child and, just like last time, getting to have home birth this time around is dependent on the ok from a cardiologist so if anyone knows of one in this area that has an awesome "bedside manner" (especially one that doesn't mind children in appointments, though I know that's a LOT to ask) please let me know.

My mom sees Dr. Hayes at the heart hospital. She really seems to like him.

I actually also have a cardiologist even though I am only 26 due to this disease I have that can cause organs to enlarge. I had to have cardiac clearance before I could have my brain surgery last year. I saw Dr. Dieck at Texas Heart and Vascular. He sees patients in North and South Austin certain days of the week. He was decent, I got the echocardial gram and stress test I had to have done, they didn't charge too much and worked with us finically.
I would definetly give either one a chance, with both doctors they work in a rather large practice, so if for whatever reason you don't like them, you can always try another doctor in the practice.

Thanks for the info! I actually saw Dr. Hayes when I was initially going through diagnosis and loved him, but he transferred me to my current cardiologist. 

 

For anyone else having similar issues, someone in a FB forum gave me the heads up that Dr. Natale at the St. David's Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia Institute is awesome. I'll probably try there since they specialize in my issue and are a research facility with world-renowned arrhythmia specialists.

This is way late but I just stumbled upon this post and wanted to let you know that I had a similar issue and saw Dr. Paul Tucker as my Cardiologist and Dr. Kessler as my EP. I had an ablation and it was AMAZING!
