Would anyone be interested in having a pen pal for their LO? Lily is really interested in the mail lately and I think it would be fun for her to get her own. They could send each other drawings or color a picture. Anyone interested?

I don't know about you (I think it cost a dollar or so more in postage*red: it cost $2 to ship a letter to Denmark*), but I think it would be a fun experience for both J and our family to have a pen pal over seas, I guess it might be for someone is the US to have someone in Scandinavia who are their pen pals

And Mommyfied, my bff lives in Germany so I don't mind overseas stamps. I'm sure no one else will either.  :-)

Very cool idea.  Maybe we could start a little group or something?  Unfortunately I know nothing about how to go about this sort of thing.

This is an awesome idea!!  I love it!  And whoever is our pen pal gets special things from both Griff and Bishop =D.

So how do we start??

I think it might be better if we just do one pen pal each, that way they can get to know there PP not get confused.
We can wait a few days to see who wants to join up, then i can put everyone's name in a hat to pick. I'll post who has who and they can exchange addresses.

Does that sounds okay? Or any other options, I'm open to ideas. I'm not sure how this works either, just a fun idea.

Yea, I was thinking of sticking to one pen pal too.  And random name picking from a hat sounds good too!

This sounds fun. I bet hazel would like getting her own mail and walking to the post office to drop her mail in the box to send to her pal. Sounds like a really cute activity! We're in!

That sounds like a great idea! Ari would love it. I know that my kids love when they get mail from their grandparents and I bet that it would be even more fun to have it be from someone their age.
