TMI I know But I Gotta Know

Hello ladies,

I was just wondering. I had my medicated injection IUI in March, AF came on April 1st, and I know I have ovulated (opk test) but I haven't seen or felt any cm. Is that normal? Is there something I should take to help bring it back to normal?

Me-39, HSG 2/13- clear. DS-IUI #1-3/13,300iu Menopur 12 days,3 days Cetrotide, Ovidrel Trigger-BFN. IUI #2 06/13, BFP EDD: 02/22/14 m/c (cp), IUI #3- BFP EDD: 5/17/14 m/c 09/13. Blood work/RPL panel- nk cell/MTHFR mutation- negative. Blood work all good. Unexplained reason for m/c. IUI #4 BFP m/c (cp) 10/13. IUI #5- 12/13 Cancelled. No response. (1)follicle. IUI #5.1- 2/14. IVF Bound

    A few things - first, a positive OPK does not mean you ovulated, it means you got an LH surge, which may or may not trigger ovulation. Some women will have multiple surges in a cycle and even then, you might not ovulate. The only way to know for sure, is to have an ultrasound. If you have been charting your basal body temperature and you got a clear and sustained thermal shift, that's about 99.9% guarantee that you ovulated.

    Also - not every women gets fertile CM and not every cycle, it just varies. Or maybe you did get some fertile CM but you missed it, if you were only checking once a day.
