swelling !

I am 8 weeks pregnant and today and yesterday I noticed my ankles were swollen! !! I am not a skinny girl but this makes me nervous ! Could it be yesterday and today were very hot and I possibly didn't drink enough water ? I also have an office job and the ac broke in my car lol I was out and about all day ! I need help im worried anyone else experience swelling this early ?

I'd prob call my OB but more water is almost always a good idea.
