1st Trimester Meds Question

Has anyone been prescribed Terconazole during their 1st trimester for a yeast infection?  My OBGYN didn't seem to have a problem with me taking this at 8 weeks even though its not recommended by the company that makes it. Wondering if anyone else has taken this and had no issues.
