1st Trimester

Lack of symptoms

I am 7 weeks pregnant and other than being tired it seems as if all of my symptoms have gone away. I know that they can come and go, and I probably sounds crazy for this but I'd almost rather be feeling a little off...A few weeks ago my chest was sore, queesy on and off, more tired, and not im just a bit more tired.Are other people experiencing this as well?
