My mom gave B a couple spoonfulls of her yogurt and he LOVED it. Is there a baby yogurt or can he just have regular? She had the "carb master" kind so it was lowww in sugar.
I would look for something with no added sugar and junk...maybe greek yogurt? I used to buy the baby stoneyfield farms for DS but I think they have added sugar or cane something...at least it's real.
As far as Im aware the key with yogurt is getting whole milk yogurt. We always did YoBaby by Stoneyfield with DD1 but we didnt start yogurt until she was closer to one year, like maybe 9 months or so. I dont remember why though ;/

Full fat plain. Most brands only offer this in qt size, tho YoBaby does come in a 4-pk plain. Any other flavored ones have 2x sugar. I buy Sidehill farm brand which comes in 6oz - it's a local farm in MA.

Re: Yogurt
I think it's ok but I'd be wary of what was in that kind of yogurt - it probably had artificial sweeteners in it and that is WAY worse than sugar.
This seems like a really good resource on yogurt for babies: https://wholesomebabyfood.momtastic.com/tipYogurt.htm#.UXqPyMrW4cs

We do plain full fat yogurt.
We've also done the Ella's kitchen baby brekkies, she likes those too. They have fruit, yogurt and cereal.
