If your LO had baby acne

Did anyone's LO have baby acne in areas other than the face? DD only had it on her face but DS has it on his face, neck, arms, chest, stomach, and back. I was worried it was something else but it looks like baby acne so I don't know if I should call.

We had that but it turned out to be a heat rash. It wouldn't hurt to call the ped just to make sure of what it is. Would your ped let you e-mail a pic instead of taking him in?

Yup, DD had it all over her arms, legs and some sporadic other areas.  I didn't get worried until she started scratching it open.  The family doctor said just random eczema, the dermatologist said just random eczema, the mommy instincts said all

He has had it a while. I think DDs didn't go away until about 8 weeks.

It's possible it's heat rash bc that is where his swaddleme is tightest. I've been putting him in only a onesie underneath and only swaddling at night so hopefully that h
