blister on thumb?

My baby woke up with a blister on her thumb... Can I assume it's from her thumb-sucking? I don't remember her hurting it yesterday. She's 11.5 m.o.

    Does she have teeth or is she getting teeth?  She could be chewing on it.  If not, I would assume thumb sucking unless you are having her rake the yard Big Smile

    Is it on the top of her thumb? DS is a thumbsucker and when he was younger would occasionally get these. There is not much you can do for them (since they will just suck off any lotion/cream you put on it).

    The blister is on the outside of her thumb right above her knuckle. So definitely not from the yardwork I had her doing yesterday. Stick out tongue

    She is getting soem top teeth right now, maybe it's related to that.

    She is a big thumb sucker but it's never happened before now...
