I know we had a thread about letting this board serve as the DE/DS/Dembryo check in but now I feel like I don't know what everyone's update is

So...informally,

Where are you in your DE/DS/Dembryo cycle or update us on your news if you are a recent success.

    Slowlllllllllllllly getting through April until May 1.  I had beta on 4/4 and 4/6.   I have to wait until May 1 for US.....   I don't feel pregnant just tired and I spot every day.  The suspense is killing me. I hope I'm a success.

    In the 2ww, beta #1 is scheduled for 4/27. Which is around the corner and feeling very unsure how it will work out...

    April 2013 DE IVF= BFN

    September 2013 DE IVF (Fingers Crossed) = BFFFN! again...

    October 2013 FET of our last 2 = Beta Hellzz for 6-7 Weeks. M/C

    BFP with doubling Betas x3 last week.  Had first u/s yesterday, saw gestational sac.  Spotting last night and this am-seems to have taper off to brown.....chaulking that up to irritated my cervix during tranvaginal ultrasound-but much more worried and nervous that I wish to be.  u/s next week when we hope to see heartbeat and put my mind at ease.
    TTC since 10/09 Me-43 DH-44 RE and testing 10/10-11/10, Recommending IVF 1/11 New RE AMA and DOR-DH low motility IVF #1.1 cancelled 3/11 due to poor response IVF #1.2 May 2011, one perfect 8-cell embryo, 3dt-BFN, IVF #2.1 Converted to IUI d/t poor response. New RE 9/2011. IVF 2.2 completed using HGH,EPP,DHEA, Q-10 and accupuncture. Transferred one 8-cell, grade one embryo on 10/19. BFP 10/31/11 Chemical pregancy on 11/2/11. Started stims for IVF #3, our final try, on 12-2-11. ET on 12/18. Transferred 3 Grade A embryos-BFFN Planning DE IVF, late March/early April- Donors ER expected to be 4/2-4/4. PAIF/SAIF welcome

    7 weeks, 1 day pregnant from DIUI number 2. Had our 3rd ultrasound today and baby's measuring right on track with a heart rate of 148 bpm. So far so good..IF never really lets me feel relaxed but starting to feel more confident!
    TTC since June 2011
    DX: DH (30) severe MFI, severely low count & low motility
    Me (32): all clear
    Appt with Urologist 5/21/12: exam, ultrasound, bloodwork all normal.
    Testicular Biopsy with TESE on 6/8/12. good sperm found! (left side only) froze sperm, failed thaw test :(
    Orientation for IVF/ICSI on 6/13/12. Waiting for the green light following biopsy results...results show adequate sperm production both sides.
    2nd SA 6/18/12: sample is "adequate for ICSI"
    Plan: IVF/ICSI July 2012!
    ER: 7/26/12. 15 eggs retrieved, all mature.
    TESE/TESA/aspiration from epididymis, no motile sperm found :(
    froze all eggs, the saga of praying for good sperm continues.
    8/3/12: 2nd opinion from MFI uro on biopsy slides. Suspects "partial late maturation arrest."
    Plan: more SAs, third biopsy/TESE with frozen back-up either from DH or DS.
    SA 8/17/12: Zero sperm
    SA 8/23/12: Zero sperm
    9/26/12: SPERM FOUND! 15 eggs thawed, 12 survived and were ICSI'd, only 3 fertilized normally. Refrozen as embies and will thaw in Nov. Please survive and grow!
    All 3 survived the thaw on 11/15/12!
    FET 11/17/12: transferred 2, one 4B, one 4C. Beta 11/30:BFFN
    moving on to DS
    DIUI#1 2/18/13,50mg Clomid cd 3-7, Ovidrel trigger, Beta 3/4/13: BFN.
    DIUI#2 3/19/13, 50 mg Clomid cd 3-7, Ovidrel trigger, Beta #1 (14dpiui) 4/2/13: BFP!!!! 150. Beta #2 4/4/13: 420 Beta #3 4/8/13: 2691. Beta #4 4/15/13: 15,086
    1st u/s 4/8/13 shows one gestational sac
    2nd u/s 4/15/13 shows yolk sac, fetal pole and early heartbeat
    3rd u/s 4/25/13: measuring right on track. Heart rate 148 bpm
    A/S 7/22/13: IT'S A BOY!!

    Just posted a little AW on this :) But I am set for a FET on 6/11 :) YAY!
    Lil'mamaz was born on Aug 21, 2014! She's PERFECT!

    It's been a long road to here...
    Me (43) and J (45) - same sex couple. And we don't feel 40+!
    June'12 - First RE Visit
    Sept. '12 - Tubes removed
    Dec. '12 - Donor Egg/Donor Sperm IVF Cycle - 4 good embies!
    Dec. '12 - Fresh transfer, BFP! EDD 8/29/13
    Mar. '13 - Missed m/c at 16w1d, baby boy stopped growing at 15w4d
    Loss due to umbilical cord clot...baby was perfect. :(
    Jul '13 - FET#1 - c/p
    Sept. '13 - FET#2 - BFN
    Dec.' 2, 2013 - FET#3 with our last chance embie - BFP!!!
    Dec' 26, 2013 - hb!!
    EDD 8/20/14 with a baby girl!
    Little S was born on 8/21/14 - 8lb, 14 oz and 20 inches long.
    We live in Seattle and used SRM for our donor egg IVF cycle

     My update: Blood work tomorrow to check my levels, ET is in two weeks!

    Yup. Rather have some idea and not be blindsided. But still feels early! My Beta is 9dp3dt, and I have seen some ladies not get a bfp until 11-12dpt. BUT. The lab slip they gave me is for 2 betas the 27th and then 29th, so it should be fine.

    Good luck with you blood work! and before you know it your ET will be here! :-)

    Wow....you ladies have lots of good news to report!  Sending doubley double vibes to everyone.

    I'm looking at a transfer on either May 10 or May 12 (Mother's Day!).  I hope that's a good sign!  Two more weeks!

    I am currently waiting for the doctor to call with the results of Beta #1.  I am SO nervous.  I did not POAS - which was more difficult than I thought it would be. 

     Good luck to everyone with doubling numbers & upcoming procedures.

    Me:37 (DOR), DH: 40 (Normal) TTC #1 since Fall 2010
    2010-2012 - 7 rounds of Clomid, 4 IUI & 2 IVF - all BFN (2 chemical pregnancies)
    April 2013 fresh DEgg - 15R, 4F, 2 transferred = BFN.  
    FET - 11/13
    Beta #1 11/23 = 247; Beta #2 11/25 = 538; Beta #3 11/29 = 5481 BFP!!!!!
    U/s #1 12/7 & U/s #2 12/16 = One perfect little heart beat!! 
    EDD = 8/1/14

    10 weeks along

    Currently tapering off Estrace and PIO.  Yay!!!!!

    Have had 3 u/s- last week was first with OB.  Heart rate 182 most recently.

    I had a DE ET on 4/14. My first beta on 4/23 was 164 my second on 4/25 was 429. I am so happy but yet so many hurdles still to come!

    I am currently on Estrace, Vivelle Patch, and Lupron.  I go in tomorrow for BW and hopefully get an update on the donor.  Once she starts to stim, I will start on progesterone in oil shots.  This will be my first time on these shots, so I am hoping that they don't hurt.  DH will be giving them to me.

    ET is scheduled for Cinco de Mayo--no partying for me!
