How to get rid of newbie banner?

Does anyone know what needs to happen to have the "newbie" banner removed from under my name for every post I write? I've been on the bump (and the nest, the knot etc) for years and I still have a "newbie" banner under my name. So frustrating because people don't always take me seriously in the community here, but they don't realize I've been around longer than they have! Oh well, I was just curious.

    Okay thanks! Although at this rate, I'll be through my pregnancy before I stop being "new" lol!
