Positive test

So last night I got a positive test! My husband and I are still in shock. Its our first I am scheduled to go to the doctor tomorrow for a blood test, but should I wait for the results of that to tell my immediate family? My brother and sister in law already know since they are living aith us right now, but when should we tell our parents and my sister? My sister is leaving for vacation soon and this weekend will be the only time I see her for the next 2 weeks. I want to be 100 sure before telling everyone, but I have read so many people say 'a positive is a positive.' Keeping my fingers crossed.
