Desitin on my cloth wipes - what to do

My DS has been battling a diaper rash, so I finally gave in and put him in sposies so I could treat it with desitin.  Not really thinking, I continued to use my cloth wipes, so now they have desitin on them.  Can I just wash them normally with my next load of diapers or will the desitin transfer during the wash?  Should I wash them with my regular laundry, or do I need to strip them now?  Thanks!

I'd wash them with the regular laundry (or on their own) the first time. After that, you're probably fine. Wipes don't need to be absorbent, so it shouldn't be a huge issue and they'll improve with time.

I did the exact same thing! I washed them in extra hot water by themselve with a tiny bit of dawn, then rinsed 3 times and they are fine.

I did the same thing!!
I just tossed them since they were the cheap washcloths. I didn't want to deal with it.
