4 month wakeful?

Ok this well has been hell and I go back to work next week so I am exhausted and terrified. For one, DD is now consistently breaking it if her swaddle and rolling down the crib wedge so I got rid of the towels holding her in place and what did that give me? FIVE wake ups last night, wide awake. And she us fighting naps now too and I have resorted to nursing her to sleep and sticking her in the swing to extend them slightly in goes that she gets some sleep! I am exhausted and I hear this regression lasts a while. Plus, do I have to give up the swaddle? Then she will never sleep!!!

I personally will not be giving up the swaddle I absolutely have to.  She can break her arms out of it over night too, but I don't see this as a problem.  We wake up most mornings to LO being in a different positions than she started in, but she

Wide, wide awake.  Within a week Kinsley learned that she has a voice (talking and cooing all the time), how to grab toys, and how to roll.  No wonder she's not sleeping, she has so many exciting things to practice.  Me?  I'm exhausted

I think I'm experiencing the 4 month wakeful. DD has definitely had a sleep regression in the last week or so, and she will be 4 months in less than two weeks. I've heard this regression can last as little as a couple weeks, or several months. My praye
