pregnancy after embedded Mirena...

Hello!  I am a mom of 2 (boy,4 & girl,2) and last June I had my Mirena surgically removed due to it being embedded in my uterus.  It was a horrific situation that took months of sickness to figure out and recover from.  I recently became pregnant, approx. 1 month ago.  I am curious to see if anyone else has been/is pregnant after an embedded Mirena removal?  I know it is early in my pregnancy and I am worried about the effects the surgery will have on my pregnancy.  Any advice is greatly appreciated!!

This is pregnancy #2 after my Mirena was removed. I did not have to have alot of surgery but was 30sec away from emergancy surgery.   I did have damage from the embedding and had to wait 3 months to TTC.   Everything in pregnancy went
