UPDATE: Every time I go to the doctor...

Doctor doesn't want to alter meds just yet because there's a great chance my pressure will go down the further I get. So I'm to eliminate as much salt as possible, lay on my left side, drink plenty of water, ease back into my exercise and rest.

My blood work and my 24 hour urine also came back negative. I'm so thankful about that because high blood pressure can damage your kidneys.

Well today has been a pretty good day and I'm in my bed laying on my left side as I post this.
