GIF and Picture Posting

What site do most people on the boards use to post pictures or Gif's?  I've used Imgur a couple times but I can't seem to find a way to shrink the Gif so that it's not as obnoxiously large in the post.

    Tumblr. I google a lot of gifs, but it usually brings me to Tumblr.

     

    Edit: Tumblr is generally NSFW. So be careful if browsing at the work place.

    A lot of mine end up coming from gifsoup, which a lot of workplaces block. But not mine!
