I'm a little confused on what portion sizes are for meals and snacks. My DD is the one who's drinking a LOT of milk and eating very little. We've cut back on milk to 24 oz a day in hopes that she'll eat more regular food. So far, it's not having much of an impact.
My question is what are your portion sizes for each meal or snack. My pedi said a tablespoon is a portion of fruit/veggies but I want to know how much your LO's eat for each meal or snack.
Thanks!
