Hello all,
My 20 month old DD has started sprouting eczema on her thighs. As someone who has fought a 30 year battle with terrible eczema, I know what I can use for myself but I am wondering if doctors will prescribe prescription creams/ointments for a child as young as she is. Her problem is minor at the moment and she does not seem fazed by it, but plain old Eucerin isn't clearing it up. I plan to call her doctor soon but I just wanted to ask around here first.

We have been using a hydrocortisone cream on my LO since he was 4 months old. Not on a regular basis however. This summer was so bad that the doctors jaw dropped when he saw the severity of my sons eczema and at that point we had to put him on internal
