Whats next?

Round #2 clomid a wash, No folli big enough.  Starting round 3 and then was told we would move onto the next step. What is typically after clomid? 
TTC #3 with PCOS. Long cycles, ovulate about 4-5 times a year Married 6/9/07 DS 7/15/08 Met RE 12/08 DD 6/2/10

    Did you just do Chlomid and TI or did you try an IUI?  My guess is they'd have you move on to injectables and IUI, but every RE is different so it depends what your diagnosis is.    My OB/Gyn tried Chlomid with me for about 6 or 7 cycles be
    DD conceived naturally in 2009.  TTC #2 since August 2010.  Praying for guidance as we decide what's next.

    TI? We've only done clomid CD5-9 I have PCOS so I do not ovulate regularly on my own. I average about 4-5 times a year, cycles usually between 35-40 days

    I have a friend who has PCOS and just got pg (with twins no less) on their 3rd round of IUI with injectables.  As pp said, all RE's are different and every protocal varies too, but I think my friend was taking up to 3 vials of bravelle a day for 1

    5/07 - DD conceived naturally cycle #1

    8/09 - Started TTC #2
    11/10 - BFP!
    12/10 - MC (Chemical Pregnancy)
    2/11 - IUI #1 with clomid & trigger = BFN
    5/11- Switched to a Fertility Specialist, Dx with low progesterone and annovulatory, several rounds of
             clomid = BFN's
    4/12 - Exploratory Lap, Dx Stage III endo
    5/12 - 7/12 - Lupron injections to suppress AF and reduce scar tissue
    8/12 - Surgery to remove tissue, uterus and tubes clear!
    9/12-12/12 - More BFN's!
    1/13 - Referred to an RE
    2/13 - IUI #1 with injects and new RE = BFN
    3/13 - 4/13 - Break due to cysts
    5/13 - IUI #2 with injects (125ml bravelle + trigger) = BFP!!!
    EDD - 1/23/14

    No IUI yet, the problem is getting me to ovulate. we've just BD like rabbit  around the right time (as much as you can with two munchkins around lol)
