So I went to my neuro today to talk about my seizure meds and to discuss bp. My bp was 147/96 and I had some swelling in my hands and feet and legs. So I got told to rest as much as possible and start taking magnesium. I hope to see the high risk ob this week im so nervous....

Just try to relax because it is very important. Do what you need to do and I am sure everything will be fine. i suffer from high bp. I trully hate it! I lay on my left side a lot to keep it down if I feel it is up. Eat healthy, drink plenty of water and r
