P and our dog have a love hate relationship. But, when Harpo licks him aggressively or gets in his way P becomes aggressive. He will grit his teeth and pull at his hair or ears and yell at him. It worries me and I wonder if he's picking up on that from us yelling at the dog. What do we do? Anyone else experiencing this?
Re: Aggression towards the dog
I can't say for sure, but B is ALWAYS yelling "AY! NO!" at our cat (which is I guess what she hears us saying when she tries to claw the furniture). Even if the cat is sleeping.
I'm sure it's entirely possible he's picking up on things
DD is a very agressive child right now. We are constantly telling her to be gentle but when she gets very excited, she will hit the dogs instead of gently petting them. One of my dogs is also a very affectionate type and she pushes/hits him to get him
