Aggression towards the dog

P and our dog have a love hate relationship. But, when Harpo licks him aggressively or gets in his way P becomes aggressive. He will grit his teeth and pull at his hair or ears and yell at him. It worries me and I wonder if he's picking up on that from us yelling at the dog. What do we do? Anyone else experiencing this?

  • DD is a very agressive child right now. We are constantly telling her to be gentle but when she gets very excited, she will hit the dogs instead of gently petting them. One of my dogs is also a very affectionate type and she pushes/hits him to get him
