So does anyone spend...

Does anyone spend most of their days in bed? After I found out I was pregnant, I spent most of my days in bed. I really do believe other than the morning sickness, insomnia, pressure being high and other symptoms, I was depressed. I was scared too because of my age38. I was going to abort when I first found out because I already have three, and I just couldn't stand how my body was acting and my mental state. I'm on leave from work right now because things for me seemed to be so severe. Now I'm 10 weeks and seem to be a lot better but I still have my days. Anyone else felt like this or do you still feel like this? It has taken a lot of prayer, meditation and support to bring me this far. It still isn't easy sometimes but I'm managing.
