Britax B Agile Double - car seat and tray?

<Britax B Agile Double - car seat and tray? >

 Does anyone know if you can use both the car seat/car seat adapter and the tray at the same time? 

 I would like to have DD2 in the car seat and DD1 on the other side with a tray if possible.
