Very gurgly tummy

Lately I have noticed that DS has a very gurgle/rumbly tummy and that after hearing the rumbles/gurgles he gets upset or fussy.  He's eating, burping and pooping pretty regularly and he goes to sleep on his back fine, so I don't suspect reflux. He almost never spits up.   Anyone else have this issue?  Suggestions?  He's EBF.  

ETA:  i think I am going to try eliminating dairy from my diet- anyone have success with that?

    Yes! DS did that right about the time as yours (if your ticker is correct). It was pretty loud too. It was also about the time his BM's slowed down a bit. For us, it went away in a couple of weeks so I'm not sure if it was just his digestive track trying
