My girls are nine ,months old and we have been trying to give them more food.

When did or do you do meals, after bottles-before bottles?

At the moment we give them yogurt around noon, which is between two bottles and food after two or three if their other bottles.they do no it eat that much.

The take four bottles a day, one takes about seven ounces in each and the other only five.

You should give them solids after a bottle. Maybe 30 min- 1 hour. At 9 months, they should be getting all of their nutrition from bm or formula. You don't want to fill them up on solids and have them not drink their bottles. Food is just for practice and
