We've got a Brussels Sprout! (BFP)

We got our first BFP! Super excited and a little anxious - really hoping this is our healthy sticky baby. Looks like we can cancel our IUI in May.

The deets: Cycle 13/Month 12 - My LP is never longer than 10 days. This month I spotting pretty much from O to early 9dpo, then it stopped. On 10dpo I got a questionable test in the AM and a squinter before bed. The morning of 11dpo gave a very faint line on the cheapie and a solid line on the FRER.

What we did: We tried everything this month, but it wasn't the first month we tried everything so I'm not sure any of it made a difference. Timing: o-3, o-1, o. CBFM and OPKs, cut back even more on caffeine, PreSeed, pomegranate/red raspberry leaf tea/green tea before O, pineapple core and decaf teas after O, drank less during this 2WW and even tried head stands.

Symptoms: I usually get terrible PMS symptoms that mimic all the typical pregnancy symptoms. This month I got none of them. My boobs are bigger (normal) but they don't hurt at all yet. Yesterday and today I've had some minor food issues and a bit of random nausea and there's some random cramping.

How I told DH: I wrote "I'm pregnant" on a plate. Then served his dinner on the plate. He saw it when he finished. It took him forever to notice the message was for him!

We've got our first appt on Friday and then we're off on a romantic 2nd anniversary vacation to Seychelles. No cocktails for me, but plenty to celebrate!
