DH and I were waiting til I got "promoted" at work to full time status from Per Diem to start ttc2. That way I had short term disability and vacation time saved up to use on maternity leave. Well, I made it to full time and the "awesome" benefits package they bragged about actually suck compared to my last few jobs.

Oh well. I'll stop complaining and be grateful I have a job that gives me 40 hrs a week.
