Agency Question

Ok, I'm sure there is some sort of protocol here for asking this question- but I'm new to this board, so if this isn't the right place to post it- I'll delete/move it. 

Has anyone used Carolina Adoption Agency (for international adoption)? Some agencies are so easy to research online, and this one is not.  Not coming up with too much info when I Google.  

 We were caught up in the Russia fiasco, and are considering other options at this point.

    I"m sorry you had to deal with the Russia situation.

    Usually people will PM you if they have direct experience with a particular agency. Hopefully someone has used the one you mentioned, and will PM you soon

    We aren't using them, but I can pm you some info on the agency we are using for our Eastern European adoption from Moldova if you are interested.  We had just filled out our agency application for the Russian adoption program when the ban came d
