At our A/S we found that baby A is in the 30th percentile and Baby B is in the 8th percentile. The doc recommended increasing protein intake - I'm at 175-200 grams per day and aiming for more. I've already gained 23 lbs at 20 weeks.
Did any of you have similar measurements around this time and go on to have decent sized babies or a big change in their percentile? I'm concerned that pairing low measurements and the risk of early delivery could mean a greater chance of NICU time.

Re: Baby B is small at 20 weeks
not similar weights, but mine are far apart too. I make huge babies apparently (DS5 was 8.6). So far at last scan at 20 weeks, baby A was 80th percentile and Baby B was 50th. So they were quite off on their sizes compared to one anoth
I had a similar experience where we found out that Baby A at about 27 weeks had stopped growing, althought blood flow, fluids, etc all looked fine. My girls were delivered at 34 weeks and baby a was 2.9 lbs. and baby b was 4.14.
