I feel like I am constantly so stressed out. I exercise several times a week and eat well. Is this just what life is like with two young kids? Do you feel this way too?
I have a lot of stress especially right now, but I do my best to just focus on what I'm doing when I'm doing it....rather than think about everything that needs doing all of the time. What are you stressed about?
