Surprised by movie scene that made me gag

I never thought just the mere sight of something on tv would make me want to hurl, but, boy was I wrong. I have a pretty strong tolerence for R-rated gore and what-not on the tube, so I was fairly shocked when I was watching American Pie and a particular scene involving a cup of beer with some bodily fluid in it sent me to changing the channel with a quickness!

This is baby no. 2 after a 16 year hiatus, and things have been different symptom-wise in my mature years from the first child. Anyone else having a gag relex to visual stimulus?
